A few years ago, after my wife Terry and I wrestled with the decision to put a pool in, we called multiple pool companies to come and discuss the opportunity to do so. Terry and I listened to many so called sales pitches and nether one of us felt comfortable with any of the companies! Blue Haven was last on our list (I guess we saved the BEST for last) and a gentleman W.R. Ripley came to our home to meet with us and understand what it was we were looking for.
Immediately, “Ripley” made both of us feel very comfortable with the company, himself and the design that my wife had put together. Please understand that our backyard was absolutely pitiful! Flat, very rocky, a major drainage problem and an eyesore for everyone! As we made the decision to move forward with Blue Haven Pools, the relationship went beyond business. We had the pleasure of meeting Manny, who was in charge of a very sharp crew, and he made Terry and I feel as though we were the most important customers Blue Haven had! He talked with us, tweaked our plans and kept us in the loop on many small changes and allowed this project to be ours. His communication during this process was fantastic, helping to reduce any stress from taking on a home project such as this.
My wife and I both feel as though Blue Haven Pools brought us into their “family” and treated us with utmost care. Looking back, this was the BEST decision we have made in years! I cannot imagine anyone choosing any other company to put a pool in except Blue Haven. Our expectations have been exceeded far beyond what we could have imagined! We look forward to enjoying our MAINTENANCE FREE pool for many years and enjoying a long term relationship with our extended family, BLUE HAVEN!!

Dear Blue Haven Team,
The purpose of this letter is to commend your entire team for the effort I experienced while having our pool installed.
Ripley designed a beautiful pool that gracefully sits in our yard. He explained the different features and functions of your systems, and dealt with the city codes department.
Manny and his crew were on time, flexible, polite, and kept the working area picked up and neat throughout the project.
Cary did an excellent job training me on the maintenance and care of my new pool. He continues to be very helpful when additional questions or concerns come up.
Vickie, however, was the person who really pulled the entire project together. She was extremely professional and responsive to all our concerns. Any problems that were encountered she quickly addressed and resolved.
My only complaint is that my employer is transferring me. I don’t think Vickie can change that, but if she could, I am confident that she would.
In closing, I would like to ask that you extent the same courtesies to the new owners of the pool and to let you know if my new home doesn't have a pool, I will be contacting Blue Haven to install one.

Dear Blue Haven,
Our experience started about four years ago. We were in the process of moving from our home to one with more land and knew we wanted a pool. At that time I saw a Sunday advertisement in the Tennessean about this company Blue Haven Pools. I was originally just going to get information, but when I called I spoke to a gentleman named Ripley. He was so sweet and I told him I would get back with him once we got closer to a decision. That afternoon a knock came at the door and it was Ripley. He introduced himself, dropped off a brochure and then left.
We finally moved and at that time, we contacted not only Blue Haven, but two other pool companies (one of which has since closed up.) Through many meetings and going back and forth, we finally made our decision. This was a huge investment for us and knew what we wanted. The company we chose was Blue Haven. Ripley had to revise and revise the plans until it was exactly what we wanted. We were in our pool by that summer and it was a wonderful feeling. The system we have is very low maintenance and so easy to operate, it practically takes care of itself.
We are very happy with our decision and we think highly of everyone at Blue Haven and appreciate how they went the “extra mile” to make sure our happiness was their first priority.
We highly recommend Blue Haven Pools and feel it has been one of our best investments.

We would like to thank all of you who have helped over the past year building our swimming pool and taking care of our after construction issues. There will always be problems when dealing with humans because we are not perfect, but the way in which you handle the problems to resolve them is what makes the difference.
Thanks to all of you, especially Vickie and Craig, you have been my “go to” people and taken care of everything to my satisfaction. I still have to decide on the cleaner options you have given me, and hope to do so soon.

Rocky and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the wonderful relationship we had with you and your Blue Haven staff. We love our pool!
Ripley was a class act from the start. He “shot us straight” and we feel like we could ask him any question and get an honest answer. He never led us astray! After almost having a bad experience with another pool company, we must have asked Ripley to come to our home five times! He never hesitated and showed up when he said he would!
For Manny, he was at our home early some mornings (6:30am) to accommodate Rocky’s schedule. He was such a delight to work with and we appreciate his expertise (and advice) because we asked! He was willing to go the “extra” mile.
Vicki, she was so pleasant to deal with and would keep us posted on when and who was coming to work. That was such a nice gesture and we appreciated that. If I needed Marty or Ripley, she always relayed the message.

I would like to recognize Preston Rybar for his product knowledge, service and diligence with regards to overseeing the construction of my pool. Not only was he extremely helpful in explaining this process to me but also maintained proper communication as to what was completed, and which stage was next and what I could expect. Furthermore, Preston was very upfront when items arose and provided valuable product direction for plausible solutions. One example of this was moving to a larger filtration system once learning of my usage. Because of his efforts, I will definitely consider Blue Haven again.

This letter is written to express our gratitude to all of the employees at Blue Haven for their hard work and dedication in building our family’s pool.
My family and I enjoy a beautiful, sparkling, crystal blue pool everyday thanks to all of you. The process of building the pool was a long one, but our pool was complicated by design as well as topography. Despite this, no one faltered at the hard work involved. From the moment of digging the first shovelful to the sealing of every last seal, everyone worked together. The office staff was efficient, the sales staff ever-present and accommodating, and lastly, but certainly not least, the core of men who framed, poured, plastered, and laid flagstone and tile, were friendly, efficient, hard working, and professional. The master mason who crafted our waterfalls worked virtually from sunrise to sunset until he was done - even on Thanksgiving Day. Our pool was completed in March but today staff members continue to help us with the occasional question that comes up. The support they have provided has been exceptional.
Blue Haven is a pool company that was a pleasure to do business with. They treated us honestly and respectfully and were both dependable and reliable. We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends who are looking to add a pool to their home. We are so glad we did and we are thankful we chose Blue Haven.
